AI native: my approach is to treat AI as a multi-layered architecture. Engineered and maintained as part of the practice itself. Refined through intensive daily practice, it extends executive judgment at the speed and scale complex decisions now require, across strategic, product, and organizational domains. Sharper, faster, more consistent outcomes, aligned with where the market is heading, not where it was.
